can someone show me the steps for this problem because i got it incorrect in my exam.

Solve each of the following quadratic equations.

4x^2=13x+12

what i had put was that x is 3/4 and x is -4

but i just got my result back and it was wrong...

4x^2 -13x _12 = 0
(4x+3) (x -4) = 0
x = 4 or -3/4
