need help
x(to the second power -don't know how to type it on the computer)-7x-30=0
I know the factors are 10 & 3, but I don't know how to write the equation/expression

not sure if this is what u mean but (x+3)(x-7)=0

sorry i meant (x+3)(x-10)

The ROOTS are 10 and -3. The factors are
(x-10) and (x+3)

The factored equation is
x^2 -7x -30 = (x-10)(x+3)

Multiply it out to verify.
