My mother-in-law got a good recipe for the bulgogi marinade from a friend of hers. We had this frequently when we visited her in summer! Mmmmm!
There doesn't seem to be any rule about this. As you can see in the different dictionaries linked here, sometimes the 'b' is capitalized, sometimes not:
