A block of mass 7.63 kg is sliding at a constant velocity down an inclined plane that makes an angle of 33.9° with respect to the horizontal. What is the friction force?

Since it has constant velocity, there is no acceleration. So, it must have zero net force acting on it.

So, figure the downward force due to gravity, and it must be experiencing the same upward force from friction.
