The force=atmospheric+densitywater*depth*area.
I am not certain how the plate is configured, I suppose you are asking for the compressive force, ie, the inward force on each side.
depth=25m
It does not matter horizontal, or vertical. In the vertical configuration, the average depth is the average force.
