you are diluting it 98/93.1 times, or factor=1.05 times, which means one part conc, then .05 parts water
what is one part? 1000ml/1.05=950ml
so, always adding acid to water while stirring, then
take 50ml of water, add 950ml conc acid while stirring under a vent hood, label, and clean up.
