just match them up in the general form given:
y=cos(x + pi/2)
= (1)cos(1*(x+pi/2)) + 0
A=1
B=1
C=pi/2
D=0
y=cos(x + pi/2)
= (1)cos(1*(x+pi/2)) + 0
A=1
B=1
C=pi/2
D=0
