acetic acid = HAc
NaC2H3O2 is NaAc

mols NaAc = grams/molar mass = ?
Then mols NaAc/0.250 = ?M

mols HAc = molsL.
mols = M HAc x L HAc
volume = 0.250 L
M = mols/L.
