(1) 3a+2b
(2) 4a+2b
(3) a3power+b2power
(4) 4a+b2power
(5) 6ab

this is a tough one, really not good in this area . :( help!!

Combine like terms.
3a + a = 4a
b + b = 2b

6ab means 6 times a times b.

Your problem has no multiplication signs. It's strictly addition.

No. There are no powers involved. A power would mean to multiply the number by itself. For instance 5 to the power of 2 (5^2) = 25.
