It is 8 for the part a and 40 for part b. Since 2 daisies for one floral arrangement and 5 arrangements will make 10 daisies. Total of 50 flowers in 5 arrangements and 10 out of those are daisies so the flowers other than daisies are 40.

its 5 since morita used 10 daisies. 2 of them are not daisies so 10 divided by 2 equals 5.
