F1+F2 = 15 + -14.1+14.1i = 0.9 + 14.1i = 14.2 N.[86.4o] = 0.89 + 14.18i

F3 must be equal to F1+F2 in magnitude and 180o out of phase:
F3 = 14.2N[86.4+180] = 14.2[266.4o].= 14.2[86.4o] S. of W. = -0.89 - 14.18i
