Base fee is 16.99 and a additionalcharge of .77each mile and he had to pay 133.26 how many miles did he drive the truck?

Do I take the 16.99 from the 133.26 which is 116.27 then divide that by .77 which would be 15.1

Your math is correct. But $133 seems to be an exorbitant cost for driving 15 miles. Are you sure the additional charge is $0.77 per mile?
