No, Ana you must be confused the answer is 4/3 because the question say's 1/3 foot per 3 months. Then it ask's what is it per year, as we all know a year is 12 month's. So you do 4x3=12 so you 1/3+1/3+1/3+1/3. (1/3 four times) That is 4/3. So the denominator always stay's the same and the numerator....well you're just doing 1x4=4 so it's pretty basic.
