Is a 95% an A- or an A on an average grading scale just wondering cuzz im geting 95% and want to know

The letter grades assigned to percentages depends upon the school. When I started teaching in the Dark Ages, A's were 94 to 100. B's were 88 to 93. However, in many schools today an A is anything 90 and above, although many teachers may assign 90 and 91 an A-.

Ask your teacher to be sure whether you have an A or an A-.

He is right and if you are wondering, how much does each letter grade count towards your GPA well the answer to that is that an A is worth 3.5-40, B is 2.5-3.49, C is 1.5-2.49, D is 1.0-1.49 and F is 0
