Question
I am 6 feet tall, weigh 69kg slipped and fell flat in 2 seconds, hitting iron bar on side of stairs. What is the force of impact on the soles at the time of impact at the end of 2 seconds? PS:this really happened that has destroyed my soles from the force of impact injury.
Answers
That is really impossible to calculate. There is a change of momentum during the collision and force = change of momentum / duration of actual collision. That would be a fraction of a second but how long depends on the crushing characteristics of the body.
