f(x)= x/(x+2)

the big "no-no" in math is division by zero.
so the domain would be all values of x except the number which would make the denominator zero.

So tell me what you would state as the domain.
Well, x cannot be -2, can it?
so x can be everything except -2 because -2+2=0
correct.
