    The answer is 25. The reason is because the problem says " 10 red model cars, which are 2/5 of the TOTAL number of cars.
Meaning that 10 is only 2/5 of the total. So if 10 is 2/5 then 5 must be 1/5 due to 10 being divided by 2 getting 5. SO that means we need to count up by 5's, 5 times, or just multiply 5 x 5 to get 25.
Though if you can do quick math, just multiply 10 x 2/5. I see how you got 4 though. You divided 10 by 2/5, you were supposed to divide. Hope this helped
