I am having trouble with this, can someone please help me?
Add (simplify if possible)
x^2 + 11x/x^2 - 3x + x^2 - 6x/x^2 - 3x
Add (simplify if possible)
x^2 + 11x/x^2 - 3x + x^2 - 6x/x^2 - 3x

Based on your previous question perhaps you mean:
(x^2 + 11x)/(x^2 - 3x) + (x^2 - 6x)/(x^2 - 3x )
You already have a common denominator here (x^2-3x) so combine terms in the numerator
(2x^2 + 5x) / (x^2-3x)
divide top and bottom by x
(2x+5) / (x-3)
(x^2 + 11x)/(x^2 - 3x) + (x^2 - 6x)/(x^2 - 3x )
