This question is wrong. Mars' GRAVITY is about .38 Earth's. It's radius is about .54 Earth's. So by universal gravitation
g = GM/r^2
g = G .11 / (.54 r)^2 =
.11/.54^2 *9.8
g = GM/r^2
g = G .11 / (.54 r)^2 =
