The angles are 3x,4x,5x

Sum them up and you have 12x=180

Now find x, and thus the angles.

Angle 2 = 60
Angle 3 = 75
x = 15

I followed Steve's approach and that's what I got. I divided 12 by 180 and got 15 then multiplied 3, 4, and 5. That's how I got 45, 60, and 75.
