No units were given for the 5/8
a book 5/8 of a foot wide is not very logical, so were the books only 5/8 inches?
pretty skinny books.
anyway
3 1/2 ft = 42 inches
number of books
= 42 ÷ 5/8
= 42(8/5) = 67.2 books ???
was expecting a whole number.
