Gary is carrying out two chemistry experiments. In experiment A he mixes hydrochloric acid with sodium carbonate. In experiment B he mixes nitric acid with copper carbonate. Explain what Gary will need to do in order to test the gas produced in each experiment.

I don't know the answer and im not looking the answer im just looking tips on where you would go about anwsering it
