First, hydrogen peroxide is always in a solution of water. Adding NH3 to that forms hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide. Now, other things come into play. Normally, there are stabilizers and pH adjusting buffers in the peroxide, these wont do much except let the peroxide decompose slowly. Now if the peroxide is mixed with deionized water, adding ammonium hydroxide makes an excellent etching solution for silicon chips.
To answer your question, the exact result depends on pH, especially not having a high pH.
You are probably looking for decomposition, but I don't know why you were not told that water is present in the H2O2.
