1 Ca(NO3)2 + 1 K2CO3 ==> 1 CaCO3 + 2 KNO3

Calcium Carbonate, the product precipates, so it goes out of solution and the reaction. Therefore, the potassium nitrate is dissociated K+ NO3-, and on the reaction side, those are the reactant ions.
