A sells an article to B at a profit of 20%, B sells the same to C at a profit of 10%. If C pay Rs 6600. what did it cost to A?

3 answers

A * 1.2 = B

A * 1.2 * 1.1 = C = 6600
so
A = 6600/(1.2*1.1)
How u take 1.2 and 1.1?
multiply
1.2 * 1.1 = 1.32
so the price increased a total of 32 percent.

6600/1.32 = ?
