Solve your exponents first:
3^99, then 2^44, then 6^11
After that follow solve as if you would in any other problem.

ooops! sorry! the square roots? okay then same concept just don't find the exponential value, you want to find the square root. but check that to make sure it is square roots instead of exponents. if it is square root your gonna need a graphing calculator.
