the slope is (4-1)/(6+3) = 1/3
So, the point-slope form is
y-4 = 1/3 (x-6)
y = 1/3 x + 2
Or, using the other point,
y-1 = 1/3 (x+3)
y = 1/3 x + 2
So, the point-slope form is
y-4 = 1/3 (x-6)
y = 1/3 x + 2
Or, using the other point,
y-1 = 1/3 (x+3)
y = 1/3 x + 2
