I suspect a typo: 80 should be 90.
If so, then clearly, the burn time is just 15 times the height.
You don't say whether the time is in hours or minutes. I suspect minutes, but that will require quite a tall candle, if you figure out how many minutes there are in 3 days.

Judging by the choices, I guess the burn time is in hours. So, you want the height
h = 3*24/15
h = 3*24/15
