You do not need binomial coefficients or Pascal's triangle for the first one
The first and last exponents are ONE

14C13 = 14!/[13!(14-13)!]
= 14
14C12 = 14! / [ 12!(14-12)! ]
= 14 *13 / 2
= 7*13
= 91
