If those are supposed to be exponents, try

110(0.70^x) and so on

The base of the exponent is the rate of change. So, 1.2^x indicates a 20% growth rate.

Now it should be simple to sort by rate of growth (as a percent, not an absolute $$ amount)
So i think it would be A,B,D,C
