solve the proportion using cross products. 20 miles/60 hours=16 miles/h hours?

20 miles/60 hours = 16 miles/ h hours
20h mile-hours = 960 mile-hours
divide both sides by mile-hours
20h = 960
divide both sides by 20

h = 48
