Is this equation right for the scenario?
Jacob has a total of 24 marbles. He had 8 blues marbles and 4 red. How many more does he need to equal 24?
4w+8=24

4w+8-8=24-8
4w=16
4w/4=16/4
W=4

Why the 4w? I see no mention of "4 times the number of white marbles"
