The average velocity a golf ball hit with an iron is about 66.7 m/s. Calculate the maximum height and displacement of the golf ball if it is hit with a 45 degree 9 iron

u = 66.7 * sqrt2/2
Vi = 66.7 * sqrt 2/2
v = Vi - g t
at the top v = 0
so
t = Vi/g at the top
then use that t to get h,the max height
h = Vi t - 4.9 t^2
meanwhile the u remained constant and to get the range use
d = 2 u t
(twice the time up is the total time in the air.)
