Multiply the fraction by 100, so it becomes a percentage:
1/3 * 100
= 100/3 %
Then simplify it and write it in mixed number form:
100/3 %
= (99 + 1)/3 %
= 33 1/3 %
Hope this helps~ `u`

Is there a way to make that 1 1/3 to a percentage but it stays mixed?

"mixed numbers" is a term usually used in reference to improper fractions.
since 1/2 is a proper fraction, that is, it is less than 1,
we could write 1/3 as 0 1/3
