Please help. Are the 2 problems correct?

.7 1/3 > .713 is correct

I can't make out the first one. Are there supposed to be bars over the digits of .52 to indicate repeating decimals?

I am going to guess the first number is
.5222... (only the 2 repeats)
and the second is
.52525252.... (the 52 repeats)

in that case, clearly
.52222... < .525252... (just look at the third decimal place)
