clearly not C, since 12/36 = 1/3

12 is about 1/2 of 22, so you' expect the answer to be about half of 55. So, not 45.

In fact, doing the actual math

22/55 = 12/H
22H = 12*55
H = 12*55/22 = (2*6*11*5)/(2*11) = 6*5 = 30

6/11 = 84/x
6x = 11*84
x = 154

x = 3*6
x = 18

NO, you did them wrong !
A/B = C/x
is the same as

A x = B C
or

x = BC/A
