Lily plants 80 seeds in her garden. Half of them are carrots. The rest are pumpkins and radishes. There are 6 more pumpkin seed than radish seeds.
a. How many radish seeds are there?
b. How many carrot and radish seeds does Lily plant?

radish -- x
pumk -- x+6

x + x+6 = 40
2x = 34
x = 17
