The variable is the symbol (not a number). In the first problem that is x.
The coefficient is the number in front of the variable. In problem 1 that is 3. The constant is the number by itself with no variable. In problem 1 that is 2.
In problem 2, the variable is n, the coefficient is 5 and the constant is zero.
The others are done the same way.
