    Since I assume you're Canadian, I'm sure you know more about this than I do as a U.S. citizen.
However, the Canadians I have known are proud of their country and proud that they are NOT U.S. citizens. Canadians value their diverse heritages, while revering the Queen of England. Canadians are generally peaceful and see their place in the world as peace-makers, not war-mongers. Most of them love the outdoors, even in cold weather, but like to vacation in Florida or California.
