what is the best activity to do immediately after playing tennis
A..Drink plenty of juice and sit in the shade to cool your body down
B.Stretch the leg muscles by bouncing to reach as far as you can each time
C.Stretch your leg muscles by slowly bending over and exhaling while reaching***
D.Play one more round of tennis, but this time run a little slower to cool down
