Being a square, all sides have to be equal. Using the a^2+b^2=c^2 (pythagorean theorum) rule, two sides squared have to equal the hypotenous squared.
i.e. a^2+b^2=19^2 or 2*b^2=19^2
Divide each side by 2 and sqrt().
b^2=361/2
b=13.4in
A=b*h
//base and height are the same b/c square
A=13.4*13.4
A=180.5in^2
