If I have to compare the below estimated quotient:

98.4/4 and 62.8/3

Would I estimate 98.4 to 98?
Would I estimate 62.8 to 63?

Then do:

98/4=24.5
63/3=21

So 98.4 would be greater than 62.8
Would this be correct?
