                Can a substance,that cannot be electrolysed,conduct electricity?Why?

    Sure. Na2SO4 dissolved in water to prepare a solution will conduct electricity but the products are not the electrolysis of Na2SO4. This may not the question asked as Na2SO4 + H2O is not the same as pure Na2SO4.
