I have 10 more sentences that I just need to be shown if I am right or wrong on.
I have to identify again whether the sentence has a dependent clause or independent clause.

1. The dog was at the clinic for three hours while the splinter was being removed. -The part of the sentence that is underlined is while the splinter was being removed.
