It takes B 6 hours longer than A to assemble a machine. together they can do it in 4hr. how long would it takes each worker alone to do job

If A takes x hours, and B takes x+6 hours, then we have

1/x + 1/(x+6) = 1/4

Now just find x, and then x+6.
