Online "^" is used to indicate an exponent, e.g., x^2 = x squared. Is that what you want to indicate?

I still don't get it? I struggle in Math.

I guess you do.
-^90 is pure garble.
If you have an exponent, it goes in between the numbers, as PsyDAG showed you.
