Change the function below into standard form (y = a cos[b(x-h)]+k) then give the vertical shift.

y = (cos[2x-π])/3

is this right:
y = 1/3 cos[2(x-π/2)]+1/3
vertical shift: 1/3 up

y=1/3 cos(2x-PI)

not right. vertical shift is zero.
