My Math Problem is
{4/5n + 9/2} = 49/10
8/10 45/10n = 53/10n
53/10 x 49/10 = 490/530
n= 60
am I correct
{4/5n + 9/2} = 49/10
8/10 45/10n = 53/10n
53/10 x 49/10 = 490/530
n= 60
am I correct

(4/5)n = 49/10 - 9/2
(4/5)n = 2/5
4n = 2
n = 1/2
(4/5)n = 2/5
4n = 2
n = 1/2

ahhh, did not see your reply last night, had gone to bed
so it was:
|(4/5)n + 9/2| = 49/10
then (4/5)n + 9/2 = 49/10 OR (-4/5)n - 9/2 = 49/10
I had solved the first version of that and got n = 1/2
solve the second equation to get the second solution.
since n = 1/2 shows up only in B, you should get
n = -47/4 for your second solution
so it was:
|(4/5)n + 9/2| = 49/10
then (4/5)n + 9/2 = 49/10 OR (-4/5)n - 9/2 = 49/10
