The ratio of the tens digit to the units digit of a two digit number is 2:3. The number that results when the digits of the original number are reversed is 27 more than the original number. Find the original number.

If the tens digit is 2x, the units is 3x. Then we have

10(3x)+2x = 10(2x)+3x + 27
x=3
