Hi! I need help with this question:
Directions: Find the rest of the answers for the table and then find the estimate for it's limit.
Problem:
lim x→0 cos(3x-1)/3x
Table: (top row) -0.1, -0,01, -0.001, 0.01, 0.1 (trying to find what the bottom would be for f(x) row.

hmmm. By this time you should certainly know how to plug in a number.
x: -0.1
cos(3*(-0.1)-1)/(3*(-0.1)) = cos(-1.03)/(-.03) = -17.16
I assume you can use a calculator, or google, or wolframalpha.com
x: -0.1
cos(3*(-0.1)-1)/(3*(-0.1)) = cos(-1.03)/(-.03) = -17.16
